ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is hiring Team Members to provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will help guests understand wash services and memberships, while guiding vehicles through the wash and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

No prior car wash experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Candidate should be able to stand long periods outdoors.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and explain services and memberships.
• Recommend products based on guest needs.
• Direct vehicles safely through the car wash tunnel.
• Work across pay station, tunnel, vacuum area and guest-facing areas.
• Keep the location clean, organized and welcoming.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations efficient.
• Represent the brand with a positive attitude and appearance.
