Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Conroe, Texas is hiring Team Members who will greet guests, prepare bagels and beverages, and help maintain a fast-paced, friendly bakery environment.

The role emphasizes great guest service, quality assurance, and working flexible hours including early mornings; no evenings or nights as stated. You will be part of a team that values work-life balance and opportunities for growth from entry-level to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
