Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, the Arby’s franchisee, is hiring for restaurant crew positions in a fast-paced environment. You will support guests with a smile, handle cashier and drive-thru duties, and work across front-of-house and kitchen tasks.

Training on all crew roles, flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends, and a collegial team culture help you grow while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders for maintenance.
• Be adaptable to days, nights and weekend shifts.
• Deliver friendly, fast and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive dining experience for guests.

What will you do?

As a member of our restaurant team you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant.Whether you’re a cashier, working the drive thru, front of the house staff, or in the kitchen, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back.

You will be trained on all crew positions such as, cashier, drive thru, and the sandwich board.
