Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Las Vegas is seeking team members for our newest location. You will deliver fast, bold food and friendly service to Guests, and help ensure operational excellence in a high-energy setting.

You’ll be cross-trained across multiple positions, greet Guests with a smile, and respond to needs while maintaining safety and cleanliness. We offer flexible hours, ongoing training and development, and opportunities for growth within the company as you contribute to a positive guest

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to Checkers & Rally’s values: integrity, service, excellence, courage.
• Food Safety Certification - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identify and respond to Guests’ needs
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests
