Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking Team Members to support our Corporate Field Operations, delivering fast, bold food and outstanding guest service to ensure we are the 1st Choice for guests and franchisees.

You will focus on building guest satisfaction, escalating concerns, identifying guest needs, and completing cross-training while adhering to policies to ensure a safe, clean, and energetic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• High energy for fast-paced environment.
• GED or HS diploma preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote guest satisfaction and drive sales.

As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team you will be responsible for helping ensure we are 1st Choice for our Guests. Team Members will passionately serve our Guests, by providing excellent Guest service and fast, BOLD food!
