Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a Crew Member to serve guests and uphold Moe’s high standards in a fast-paced setting. You will help prepare fresh food, follow safety and recipe procedures, and maintain clean work areas while delivering friendly service.

The role supports a team environment where growth, flexible hours and employee discounts are highlighted benefits. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy restaurant and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to perform basic addition and change.
• Willingness to work in a warm environment (grills, fryer).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome.
• Maintain Moe’s quality and speed of service.
• Follow recipe specs and safety procedures.
• Set up, stock, clean and break down work areas.
