McDonald’s works for me in Hoover, AL is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our team. This role supports guests from 8am to 8pm in a fast-paced restaurant, providing friendly service, helping with order kiosks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to customers who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction or offer further assistance.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle guest concerns respectfully and promptly.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.

• Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
