Job summary

SBH Foods Popeyes is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly guest service, take orders, and assist in food preparation at our Hickory, NC location. Training is provided to help you develop skills and advance appreciation for hospitality within a dynamic team.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude as you learn different restaurant areas, support operations, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Friendly and comfortable working with guests and teammates.
• Willing to learn different areas of restaurant operations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide prompt, enthusiastic service.
• Take orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and package delicious food and drink items.
• Learn multiple restaurant stations and support your team where needed.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Keep dining, preparation, storage, and work areas clean and organized.
• Stock products and supplies as needed.
• Work alongside your team to keep service moving during busy periods.

• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to learn different areas of restaurant operations
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required
