Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Culver City is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-casual team. You’ll help prepare sandwiches, take orders, and provide friendly guest service in a busy environment.

This entry-level role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude as you help deliver award-winning sandwiches and hospitality.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest.
• Take orders accurately at the register or drive-thru (where applicable).
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriottis recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to ensure efficient service.
• Complete required training programs and develop new skills.
• Help create a positive, high-energy team environment.
