Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Garland, Texas is hiring Team Members to prepare and serve hot, fresh meals with the brand’s Cajun hospitality. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and be part of a team that values reliability and friendly service.

The role includes taking orders, delivering food, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests hot and fresh food in a clean and safe environment.
• Deliver food to guests with Cajun hospitality.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
