Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for Team Members to deliver friendly guest experiences and prepare products to Dunkin' standards in a fast-paced setting. You will work as part of a team to meet guests' needs and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities include following brand standards, preparing food and beverages, taking drive-thru or front counter orders, and maintaining a guest-focused culture while ensuring food safety and efficiency.

• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
• Follow speed of service standards
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
