Job summary

Domino's Pizza in East Stroudsburg is hiring for multiple shifts across CSR, pizza maker, shift manager, general manager and operations manager. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling and customer relations, and you must follow all policies 100% of the time.

Pay rates start at $8–$10 per hour for drivers (with tips), $12 for customer service reps, $13 for pizza makers, $14–$15 for managers, and $17 for GM in training.

Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all
cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must
set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and
expect the same from your crew.

Pay Rates/ Ladder of growth:
Drivers-$8-$10 per hour(take home cash and credit card tips daily. Average in total $15-$25 per hour)

Customer service reps- $12

Pizza Makers- $13

Opening or closing shift managers(only available for 1 or the other) $14

Opening or closing managers(available to do either)$15(Open availability ability mandatory)

Assistant manager-$16 (Open availability ability mandatory)

General Manager in training-$17-Salary(Open availability ability mandatory)
