Job summary

At Home - Clearwater, FL is seeking a Team Member to support all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, maintaining an active selling culture by aligning with company standards designed to drive sales.

The Team Member will perform cashier/front-end duties, unload and stock freight, and execute store recovery, conditioning and housekeeping tasks. Applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and be flexible to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and comprehension skills; clear and concise communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable and trustworthy with ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier and front-end duties to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Unload, process, and stock freight following merchandising guidelines.
• Execute store recovery, conditioning and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload and tasks on time.
• Impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention.

Job Summary:

The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• The TM contributes to a customer-focusedenvironment while providing excellent customer service.
• The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.
• The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.
• TM performs Store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned inside and outside the building.
• The TM completes the daily/weekly workload and tasks as assigned and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and on-time.
• The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.
• All other duties are based on business needs.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
