Job summary

Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member in the New York area is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards, delivering great service, and keeping a clean, safe workspace.

You will work with a fast-paced team, follow recipes, handle drive-thru or front counter, and interact with guests to ensure quick, accurate orders while upholding brand expectations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package orders.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
