ClearWater Express Wash & BlueWave Express Wash is hiring energetic Team Members to deliver friendly customer service at outdoor car wash locations in Texas. Training provided.

You will guide guests through wash options, operate pay stations, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. No car wash experience required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required.
• No car wash experience is required; training is provided.
• Must be friendly, energetic and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to guests at the car wash.
• Explain wash options and membership benefits to customers.
• Direct vehicles safely through the wash tunnel and pay station areas.
• Keep guest-facing areas organized and clean, reporting hazards.
• Support team members to ensure smooth location operations.
• Represent the brand with a positive, professional appearance.
