Job summary

QDOBA is seeking a Team Member focused on guest service and quality. You will greet guests, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness and safety across stations while upholding brand standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude to deliver great dining experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, restocking, and adhering to sanitation guidelines. Weekend and holiday availability is expected for operating hours.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team member, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during entire shift.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes exceeding beyond eight hours, based on operating hours.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
