Job summary

Buff City Soap Northern is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and help produce handcrafted products in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will learn about our unique in-store products, assist guests, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards necessary for handling materials.

Purpose

The Team Member (TM) is an important piece to the everyday business of Buff City Soap. Team Members will support the business by producing amazing products and providing exceptional guest service to every person that comes in to our store.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our products are distinctive and unique while also being free of any harsh or harmful chemicals. Working Environment

This position operates in a customer facing environment in retail locations. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/POS systems and phones.

Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit, stand and use their hands and fingers to handle and produce. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed.
