Job summary

Ultimart is seeking Convenience Store Team Members who are the faces of our stores and experts in creating the Guest experience. You will help maintain a clean store environment, assist with food preparation, and support cleaning, inventory, maintenance and stocking duties.

Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding Guest service by keeping the store clean and organized, ensuring inventory is stocked and faced promptly, and preparing quality food and beverages per recipes.

Convenience Store Team Members are the faces of the Ultimart stores. They are an important part of our Guests’ day, and they are experts in creating the Guest experience.

Team Members at Ultimart are responsible for maintaining a clean store environment, food preparation, and assist with cleaning, inventory, maintenance and stocking duties.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to, the following):

• Delivers outstanding Guest service by maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that inventory is stocked and faced in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provides quality food and beverages consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guides for all products.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of our Company.
• Follows Company operational policies and procedures, including those for safety.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Promotes great team work and readily assists with team needs throughout the shift.
• Maintains a clean and polished appearance, wearing the designated uniform.
