Team Member – Wetzel’s Pretzels (Mall of America)

Pay: $15/hour + tips (average ~$3/hour additional) Requirement: Must be 18+ due to equipment use

What You’ll Do

• Take customer orders, operate POS, and process payments accurately
• Deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment
• Prepare and serve products to brand standards with speed and consistency
• Upsell and guide customers using strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
• Work as a team to hit daily goals (speed, accuracy, sales)
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
