Job summary

Wetzel's Pretzels is hiring a Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery team. No experience is required, but you should be reliable, positive, and eager to delight customers as you roll, bake, and cashier during mall hours from 11am to 7pm.

Compensation starts at $13+ per hour plus tips, with additional bonus pay and paid training. You will work with a friendly team to keep the bakery clean and accessible and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform essential tasks including Rolling, Baking, Expediting, and Cashiering.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure the bakery is clean, neat, and easily accessible to customers.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as necessary, such as restocking and opening/closing duties.
