Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our Belmont location. Flexible daytime hours are needed. Team members are the face of Ranc's and play an integral role in our customer's experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Year round help is preferred, we do not hire only for the summer.
