Job summary

RANCATORES ICE CREAM INC in Lexington, MA is hiring an experienced Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. Shifts include 9:30am-10:30pm on weekdays with occasional weekends; year-round positions preferred.

You'll create custom ice cream cakes, use the POS, and maintain a clean, fast-paced work environment while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation.
• Provide accurate response for customer inquiries.
• Create custom ice cream cakes.
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Work with fellow team members to ensure side tasks are being completed for the shift.
