ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring Team Members in Austin, TX. This entry‑level role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, guiding guests through wash options, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming location.

The position supports a fast-paced environment, training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the company. All duties are performed outdoors across different areas of the site.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options.
• Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
• Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
• Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently.
• Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
