Job summary

Capriotti's Anoka is hiring for a Team Member to support a busy, customer-focused sandwich shop. You will make Capriotti's sandwiches, serve customers with a friendly attitude, and help with basic register and prep tasks as part of a small team. We are hiring for Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 2pm, with additional shifts possible as we grow.

You must be at least 18, able to work at a fast pace, follow recipes, and keep the shop clean. Reliability is expected and calls/no-shows are not tolerated.

We're a single store Capriotti's looking for reliable people who show up ready to work. No corporate fluff, just a busy shop that needs solid team members, especially on weekends.

We are hiring for Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 2pm.

Additional shifts may be available, but we need coverage on these weekend mornings right now.

What you'll do

Make sandwiches the Capriotti's way (hot food hot, cold food cold, everything fresh). Serve customers with a good attitude. Work as part of a small team. Handle basic register and prep tasks.

What we expect

You show up on time, every time. No call no show means you are fired. We do not give second chances on this. You are at least 18, can work a fast pace, and are okay with nights and weekends when needed. You follow the recipes and keep the shop clean.

Why work here

We are currently one shop but are in the process of building our second and plan to open more. If you are reliable and pick things up quickly, there is a real chance to grow with us as we expand. We keep it straightforward. Do the job well and you will be treated fairly.
