The Substitute Services Supervisor provides operational leadership for Substitute Staffing Services, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, customer support, staffing operations, and substitute effectiveness initiatives. The position is responsible for ensuring service continuity, employee development, customer satisfaction, and achievement of organizational performance goals.
