SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Team Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and evaluating the activities of the Patient Access Revenue Cycle staff, which may include Pre-Registration, Insurance Verifications, Scheduling, Referrals and Authorization. The Team Manager directly supervises, leads and coordinates the daily activities of the Patient Access Revenue Cycle team members. Assists with management decisions and activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (2 years)
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education or experience required
  • Working knowledge of team function within the organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Hospital/healthcare access experience preferred
