Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager in Raleigh, NC, to lead a dynamic restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, impact sales and service quality, and participate in hiring and training to uphold Panera's standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on growth and culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
