Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year retail with 6 months supervisory; OR 2 years general work with 1 year supervisory; OR 1 year Sam's Club experience; OR 3 years military service.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver exceptional member experience in Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow.
• Model and coach living Walmart Sam's Club values and servant leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and member feedback.
