Job summary

Panera LLC in Franklin, TN seeks a Team Manager to lead daily shifts, coach staff, and uphold our guest‑focused standards. You’ll help run operations, develop team members, and maintain the high quality Panera guests expect.

The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends; interview participation; training in food safety; a background check; and a commitment to our warmth, belonging, growth, and trust culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest delight with quality food and service.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching, inspiring and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train the team in food safety standards.
• Help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
