Job summary

Panera LLC in Lawrence, IN is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily operations on shifts, coach and develop team members, and ensure high guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the leadership team to maintain Panera’s standards, coach for performance, and help run smooth service with reliability and warmth.

This role requires people leadership in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to guest service excellence and teamwork across

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience – and celebrate their achievements along the way.
