Panera Bread in Miami, FL is seeking a Team Manager to lead great shifts, coach and develop a high-performing team, and uphold our standards of guest experience and food safety.

You’ll interview and hire staff, train on safety norms, manage performance, and foster a welcoming culture that emphasizes warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and coach staff
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification)
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Background check required
• Lift 25 pounds; stand/walk up to 6 hours
• Clear communication in a loud environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales and guest experience
• Participate in interviewing and selection of staff
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance
• Maintain the Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
• Ensure guests are delighted by food, service, and staff
