The role includes interviewing, training on food safety, and building a culture of warmth and trust. Must be 18+, with 1+ years of management experience and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead shifts and develop team members.
