The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to improve outcomes for children aged 0–17 with disabilities. In this role, you will manage safeguarding plans, oversee court cases, and work alongside various professionals to ensure best practices. Qualifications

• Recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, PGC, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Extensive post-qualifying experience, including professional supervision.

• Oversee safeguarding and CIN plans, manage court cases.
