Job summary

Panera LLC in Lawrence, IN is seeking a Team Manager to lead and grow a high-performing restaurant team. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent food quality and service.

Qualified candidates should have 1+ year of restaurant management experience and be able to obtain ServSafe certification. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required; you will play a key role in building a warm, fast-paced, guest-focused culture.

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
