A leading digital bank is looking for a Financial Crime Team lead to manage their Overnight team. This remote position involves overseeing financial crime investigations, coaching team members, and enhancing performance. Location: UK Remote | Salary: £32,200 - £40,750 + an additional £5,004 per annum / £417 per month allowance for overnight working + Stock Options + Benefits
Our Financial Crime Team is at the heart of how we protect our bank and our customers. We are looking for night owls with extensive people management experience to support our Overnight team, working 12.30am – 9am, as they complete a diverse range of fraud and financial crime tasks. This role is key to ensuring that we keep our customers safe at all times. The Overnight team works best when there is a holistic understanding of threats, with all financial crime and fraud work tackled as one team with multi-skilled individuals. The ideal candidate should display a robust blend of Financial Crime expertise and proven leadership ability.
Key responsibilities involve leading and developing a team, coaching on technical financial crime tasks, handling escalations, driving performance improvements, maintaining service levels, feeding insights to leadership, embedding changes, and upholding a strong control environment.
