Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a Team Manager to lead store teams across multiple workgroups in the San Diego market. This full-time role focuses on delivering strong member experience, achieving sales goals, and developing associates to their full potential.

You will model Sam’s Club values, drive accountability, and champion improvements through servant leadership and collaboration with partners across the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent retail supervisory experience.
• 1 year retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• SAM'S Club experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sam’s Club is hiring for Team Managers in Clubs, across many locations in the market, and for all workgroups like Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow. We equip our management teams to empower our associates to take care of our members. You will make an impact by:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $95,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance
