Job summary

Sam's Club in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Team Manager to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow teams. This role empowers our managers to support associates in serving members.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $95,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

• 2 or more years of college
• OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience
• OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience
• OR 3 years’ military experience

• Environmental Compliance or related field
• Retail profit and loss statement management experience
• Supervisory experience
