Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a Team Manager for the Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow. You will empower associates to serve members, lead with humility, and drive continuous improvement through digital tools while focusing on the EDLP/EDLC business models.

You’ll partner cross-functionally to build strong teams, coach talent, and deliver impactful results that enhance the member experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
• Preferred experience in retail leadership, people development, and store operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
