Sam’s Club is seeking a Team Manager to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow teams. You will empower associates to deliver outstanding member service and drive performance across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional member experiences across multiple departments including Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow.
• Champion Sam's Club values, model culture, and drive accountability while supporting CSR and community initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,500.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
