Sam's Club is seeking Team Managers for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow to lead and develop teams in delivering outstanding member service at the Joplin location.

You will champion our values, support associates to grow, and champion continuous improvement with new digital tools. The role emphasizes servant leadership and collaboration across departments, ensuring strong execution of EDLP/EDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: 2+ years of college OR 1 year of retail supervisory experience OR 2 years general work with 1 year supervisory experience OR 1 year SAM'S Club experience OR 3 years military experience.
