Job summary
New Hanover County Schools Blair Elementary - Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a Team Manager to effectively manage the cafeteria operations. The role reports to the Director of School Nutrition and supports a ten-month, at-will, non-exempt schedule.
Starting salary ranges from $61,000 to $63,000 depending on school assignment; twelve-month considerations apply per assignment. This is a full-time position within the School Nutrition department.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three years of experience in child nutrition or a similar field is required.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license is required.
- Current ServSafe/NC Safe Plate Certificate is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage a New Hanover County School System cafeteria.
- Oversee daily operations at Blair Elementary School cafeteria.
- Coordinate with the Director of School Nutrition.
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe/NC Safe Plate standards.
