Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join its bakery-cafe leadership team, driving great shifts, staff development, and high guest standards. You will lead operations, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional service and food quality across shifts.

Essential duties include interviewing, training for food safety, and fostering Panera's Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours, weekend coverage, and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
