Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager to lead bakery-cafe shifts and support development of team members in Gulf Breeze, FL. You will ensure guest satisfaction through quality food, service, and a positive atmosphere.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant management, ServSafe or ability to obtain certification, and flexible hours including nights/weekends in a fast-paced setting. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check may be required.
