Panera Bread in Missouri is seeking a Team Manager / Assistant Manager to lead daily shifts, support team development, and uphold Panera’s standards of hospitality and quality. You’ll help run busy shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and efficiency.

This full-time role offers ongoing training, leadership growth, and a comprehensive benefits package, including meal on duty, time off, health coverage, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service and staff training is a plus.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification) if applicable to role.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
