Job summary

Panera Bread in Fairview Heights, IL, is seeking a Team Manager/Assistant Manager for full-time, on-site leadership. You will help run great shifts, develop staff, and maintain Panera’s high standards for guests.

You will lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed goals in service, speed, and order accuracy, while supporting hiring and training efforts. Flexible hours and strong guest focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.

As a Team Manager, you'll be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
