Panera is seeking a Team Manager to lead bakery-cafe shifts, develop teammates, and uphold high guest service standards. You will mentor staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing, scheduling, training, and driving sales while maintaining a warm, inclusive culture. Minimum age 18, ServSafe or ability to certify, and flexibility with nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
