Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager in Ballwin, MO, to lead the team and ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and food. You will manage and develop your team while making sure every guest is delighted, building relationships and enhancing the overall guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and the ability to work flexible hours. This role includes responsibilities for coaching, training, and celebrating team successes.

• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

This Opportunity Is for You

• Minimum age: 18years.
• 1+years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.

Physical & Communication Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk up to 6hours.
• Excellent verbal communication in a loud environment.
