Panera Bread in Richmond, VA is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

You will coach, mentor, and motivate staff to exceed goals in service, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience, and participate in interviewing and training. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends; background checks apply. Competitive pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends.
