We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to provide countywide leadership and operational support across our Mental Health Service. This is a collaborative role that will work alongside three established Team Managers and their teams, providing additional leadership capacity, operational resilience and flexible support across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for people accessing our services. This is a fixed-term opportunity for up to 12 months., As a Team Manager within the Mental Health Service, you will provide leadership, oversight and practice support across multiple teams, helping to drive performance, quality assurance, workforce development and service improvement. Acting as a flexible resource, you will support priorities across the service, contribute to the implementation of key projects and service developments, and help maintain continuity during periods of change, increased demand or absence. Working closely with operational managers and key partners, you will promote strengths-based practice, effective risk management and person-centred approaches that deliver positive outcomes for individuals accessing support.
