Panera Bread in Paramount, CA is seeking a Team Manager to lead the bakery-cafe's leadership team, running great shifts and supporting team development while maintaining high standards for guests.

You will coach, motivate, and develop staff to exceed goals in service and sales, while fostering warmth and trust within the team. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a background check is required.

• Minimum age: 18 years at time of hire.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
